Northern Crush Magazine says hi, Tongue River Winery! Rich Torquemada had fine things to say about you. Look for a mention in an upcoming article on Montana Grape and Wine Association!

Thank you so very much for hosting such a wonderful evening for our friends and family here from coast to coast for our wedding reception weekend! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it--many were amazed at what an unexpected, unique treasure your winery is in general for Montana, let alone putting Eastern Montana on the map! As the saying goes...there's a lot of art to that science; however, we find it rather intriguing how you utilize a lot of science to your art of wine making. And...the personalized wine labels were a perfect touch for the great wine we all enjoyed. Again, thank you for all your help in creating a meaningful and memorable time for Duane and I, as well as our guests!

We stopped by after hours last weekend on our way through Montana to Yellowstone National Park. Much to our surprise the wonderful Bob opened up his winery to a couple of Minnesotians passing through. Thank you so much for your kindness in showing us around your wonderful facility. The wines were outstanding. My husband even stated that this was our first winery were we had no complaints on any of the wines. We especially liked the Warm Front and the Cherry Pie... Thank you so much again Bob for letting us come in and check your place out after hours. We will for sure stop by again when we head out that direction.

Thank you,

Jerri and Derek Kuchenmeister

Thank you for an absolutely enjoyable afternoon. Wine tasting, tour and education were all amazing! Delighted to find several wines that I liked and would not have considered prior to the tasting. Will definitely be back soon!

We very much enjoyed your presentation at Baker for the wine pairing.

it was very interesting to hear about your winery. And the wine was fabulous.

We really appreciate te time you invest .

I had been shopping at Reynolds a few weeks before the wine pairing and picked up one of your wines then put it back on the shelf because I just wasn't sure I would like it. That won't happen again, your wine will go in my cart. My husband is not generally a wine drinker, but he also really enjoyed your wine.

It is so great that you are making top quality wine in our area.

Thanks. So much.

Pat

I visited you, Bob, before I left the RC&D position in Sidney and as you were working on the furnace in the winery. We are in Fort Benton, now, and will be looking forward to a tour and tasting next time in Miles.

I was hoping to get some more information about your facility. I have a couple of friends who are meeting me in Miles City as its a half way point between Missoula MT and Moorhead MN. I found your website and I am very interested to see what you have to offer with wine tasting and tours... We are planning to make a trip to Miles City in April. Are you open and running at that time of year?

Please let me know if we can schedule a time to stop in or if this is even an option.

Thanks,

Mandi Johnk 701 200 3810

Mandi and friends met at the winery and had a great time. We're always glad to make this happen when we can!

My husband and I have been making wine, and sometimes beer, for about 11 years now. We have only 4 grape vines but we do get approx 4-5 five gallon buckets each year. We freeze them and then make our wine. We have 10 gallons going right now. We learned this when we toured some wineries in West Virginia. We also make wine from fruit and anything that works. We are both retired, it keeps us occupied and our friends and family love it. Wine makes such an appreciated gift.

This is a beautiful site! I visited several wine places in Virginia and I can share the pics if you like. Nicole and her family are up for a change in orders so we don't know where they will be relocated to.

I'm impressed by your website, Bob & Marilyn. Hope to see you at your vineyard one of these years. Who knows what things will transpire?

In the meantime, I'm going to send the website address to my daughter in Alaska. She and her husband are making their own wine right outside of Eagle River. They live in a bioshelter and that would be interesting to you as well. Did you check out her website?

Out here in Oregon's Willamette Valley we have lots of fine wines, but no chokecherry or wild plum! We will be waiting for the day when you will ship wine out of state! CM
